Odds Farm's Christmas Cracker grotto runs 27 Nov to 24 Dec from £35, and Legoland's LEGO Santa from 21 Nov. Slough's own grotto is not yet announced.

The two confirmed places to meet Santa near Slough this Christmas are Odds Farm Park, from Friday 27 November, and Legoland Windsor, from Saturday 21 November. Slough’s own town centre grotto, which Slough BID ran from 21 to 24 December last year, has not been announced for 2026. Everything below is from the organisers’ own pages, checked on 3 October.

Odds Farm Park Christmas Cracker

Odds Farm Park at Wooburn Common, near High Wycombe (HP10 0LX), runs its Christmas Cracker on selected dates from 27 November to 24 December 2026, with booking slots from 8.45am to 6pm on some dates. Each child’s ticket includes:

  • a private one-to-one family visit with Santa in his grotto
  • a cuddly bear to make and take home, with a birth certificate
  • a free toy chosen from Santa’s Toy Shop
  • live Christmas shows in the Show Barn, the Tree by Twinklelight shows and the farm’s A Cappella Penguins
  • a full day at the farm park

Standard tickets start at £35. The £22 price is for annual members and term-time pass holders on selected off-peak dates. There are SEN-only sessions on 28 November and 6, 11, 13 and 16 December, though families with children with additional needs can come on any date. Anyone booking before midnight on 31 October is entered into the farm’s prize draw for £500 (Odds Farm Park, Christmas Cracker).

Legoland at Christmas

Legoland Windsor opens for Christmas on selected dates from 21 November 2026 to 2 January 2027. Meet LEGO Santa is included in the ticket, alongside the Elf Training Academy show, the Festival of Flurries show, the Nutcracker’s Marching Band, a festive opening show and more than 20 rides. Tickets start at £34 a person (LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, LEGOLAND at Christmas). The resort is on Winkfield Road, Windsor, SL4 4AY. Check the park’s calendar before you go, because it is not open every day in the run.

Slough town centre: last year’s grotto and bus

The council stopped running its own festive events in 2023 as a budget saving, which is covered on our Christmas lights page. Since then Christmas in the town centre has been down to Slough BID. Its events calendar listed “Santas Bus is coming to Slough” from 13 to 15 December 2025 and a Santa’s Grotto from 21 to 24 December 2025, and gave no venue or price for either (Slough BID, Santa’s Grotto; Santa’s Bus).

As at 3 October, the BID’s calendar has nothing listed after April 2026, so neither is confirmed for this year. Last year’s dates suggest an announcement in late November or early December, and we will update this page if one comes.

Getting there and parking

Both confirmed grottos are outside the borough and both are a drive for most Slough families. Check Slough roadworks and travel before you set off. If a town centre grotto is confirmed, the council car parks, their charges and the RingGo rule for free sessions are on our parking in Slough page.
